Can I customize a wedding dress?

You absolutely can! Because we have our own factory and stylists that have decades of experience in fashion and tailoring solutions, customization is an option when you like a gown but want some alterations to really reflect you and your style. Please reach out to us to discuss your needs.

How can I place an order?

Once you become a retailer, you will have access to our membership portal. With your login credentials, you will be able to place a new order, track your current order and have visibity to live inventory!

How long does it take to receive my order?

From order to delivery, the standard time takes about 10-14 weeks depending on your order volume and customization. Express Delivery is also available for urgent requests.

Where are you based?

Our dresses are manufactured at our family-owned factory in Izmir, Turkiye. Our HQ is based in Ottawa, Canada.

What sizes of gowns available?

Our sizes range from 34 to 44. Plus sizes are also available with an additional cost.

How will I know which size to order?

Our Size Chart is available through this link. If you fall in between two sizes – for example between 38 and 40, we recommend you to order the bigger size of the two – 40.

How do you recommend to clean and preserve the dress?
